SUVLook does not require a user account to read guides or use the site search.
Information processed when you visit
Web hosting and security infrastructure may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps in server logs. Search terms entered into SUVLook are sent to the site so matching guides can be returned.
First-party product analytics
SUVLook records a small set of product events such as search use, vehicle-filter use, comparison completion, source-link opening and article-to-vehicle navigation. The analytics event stream does not store IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, full referrer URLs or the text of search queries.
When a browser supplies a referring site, landing events may store a coarse search-engine or AI-service label. Missing referrers are not inferred, and an observed AI referral is not a record of an AI citation. Landing-event properties are restricted to recognized source and service labels.
A random first-party identifier is stored in local browser storage so aggregate reports can distinguish new from returning browsers. A separate session identifier is stored only for the browser session. SUVLook does not use these identifiers to create advertising profiles or to identify a person. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals disable this product-event collection.
Email contact
If you email SUVLook, the message and email address are used to respond to the request and, when relevant, investigate a correction or source issue.
Cookies and third-party services
No account cookie is required for ordinary reading. In addition to the separate first-party product events described above, production pages use Google Analytics 4 to help understand site visits and page use. Its Google tag may set analytics cookies and send visit information, such as page URLs and browser/device information, to Google. That service is not the first-party analytics event stream described above.
SUVLook omits the Google tag when a request carries Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. The tag initializer also disables Analytics collection when those signals are exposed by the browser. Local previews and audit servers do not load the production Google tag.
You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings. More information is available in Google's privacy policy and Google's explanation of how information is used on sites that use its services.
